In some rare cases you might see a message like the following on your account page:
“Your subscription is currently inactive. Go to your Account Page to check your payment options.“
If this happens it means that while your payment has been accepted and a monthly billing subscription has been successfully set up, the information wasn’t successfully passed back to BabelTEQ from the Stripe billing gateway.
If that is the case, don’t panic. We can manually update your account on our end.
